We love Rolling Monkey! The customer service is 10/10. Our children always leave happy and satisfied. The employees are very friendly and ask about our day and make us smile. These are my favorite pictures so far - when we went in for a ice cream treat after getting our surprise gender envelope Dalton was so sweet and all the staff wished us a healthy pregnancy and to come back in and share the boy/girl news - and we look forward to visiting again! My Daughter and I decided to visit Rolling Monkey per usual. This particular visit our "Roller" Mr.Dalton thought it was okay for him to draw a monkey with a hair bow and to ask my daughter was that her.
I spoke with the General Manager (Megan) over the phone about this racist derogatory remark. She only mentioned that she would have a long talk with him about "culture". I'm disgusted and outraged that we had to experience such a traumatizing visit.
