We attended our nephews wedding yesterday which was catered by The Ring of Fire BBQ. We are kind of barbecue food snobs! Hands down some of the best barbecue we have ever had. What’s your signature dish?
All of our proteins are award winning however, our 16 hour smoked Brisket is our most sought after meat. It is tender, incredibly juicy and exploding with flavor. As for our sides, the Triple Smoked Mac n Cheese is our most requested side. However, you can't go wrong with any of our offerings.
