The bottomless mimosas were so good! Especially for $10. My server, Seth was very kind and attentive to our needs. He went above and beyond by taking fresh mint they had growing at their outdoor patio and smashing it for us and adding it to our mimosas. I had the salmon risotto.. and when I tell you I’ve never had a better dish at a restaurant, I mean it! We had reservations to sit on the patio yesterday evening to which they seated us right away after being seated we noticed a large group came in Some time AFTER we did. We got our drinks and appetizer fairly quickly and after almost a hour the server told us our food was being prepared and would be out soon and then he told us that several more times all the while it was now getting cold outside. After more than a hour and half the waiter came back out and said that they were now out of the food we ordered because of the large group that they had…. We ordered before the large group did. So that whole time they said they were preparing our food they weren’t they waited a hour and half before they told us they were out of what we ordered. They offered to make us something else but after sitting outside for over a hour and half our daughter was cold and hungry and we didn’t want to wait another 30 mins to get food so we decided to leave and go hit a drive thru as it was now almost 9 pm and we had got there at 6:40. No apologies and they charged us for the appetizer and cokes even after the waiter said he didn’t think they would charge us because of how badly the night went but the manager decided to charge us anyways. We have always recommended Rialto and have had the last 2 anniversaries there and other celebrations but after how we were treated by the manager last night and our experience last night we will not be back and can no longer recommend eating here. Food was great BUT we got sat in a terribly awkward back room. I believe an old bank conference room? looks nothing like pictures on Page. The environment was terrible. There was a nice piano room up front that had many open tables so not sure why were were put in the back. We had reservations, I wish we would have made reservations elsewhere for Valentines weekend. It was delicious!! My 2 friends and I enjoyed the history of the restaurant (original Boston Store location). The history back to 1860s was fascinating to learn about. The steak was cooked to perfection. Shrimp scampi was melt in your mouth buttery. The asparagus was sautéed just right and that potato was hot and steaming. Yes, I added in the bottom-less Pomegranate Mimosas. I have never had that combination of flavor and it was quite refreshing. The Strawberry Cheescake was decadent at 9:30 last night. We were invited out to Rialto tonight for a special surprise 40th birthday for the husband of an employee. The party has been reserved for months, the employee and all of her guests were treated very poorly. We waited for 2 hours and never got to order food.
