What inspired you to start your own business?
Having been in the workforce for more than 20 years, I know the struggles of applying for jobs. For instance, resumes are being rejected because they aren't customized and tailored to the job description. Job applications are dismissed due to inadequate cover letters. Job seekers are perplexed by the concept of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and so many are unsure about the next steps to take in their careers. My objective is to help people through my writing and professional coaching skills. In this manner I know for sure I can make a difference.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
As a virtual business we infrequently meet customers face-to-face. However, in the rare instance that we are asked to do so please know that we have temporarily suspended face-to-face meetings due to Covid-19 and are instead available via telephone and Zoom to accommodate such requests from our valued clients.
