5⭐️ review !! Have known and worked with Therese for a couple of years now and have learned so much from her! Working with Therese, I have learned to have a more mindful approach to nutrition (and life! ) and allow myself grace, to get out of my comfort zone with health/fitness, and stay accountable to my goals. I especially appreciate her positive approach and identifying when my own “negative self talk” rears it’s ugly head! For the first time ever, I am committed to a meal plan/meal prepping regimen that works for me, I am listening to my body & now know when I’m hungry, and feel optimal inside and out. I was initially nervous to work with Therese because I am such a picky eater. I have two small kids and I don't have time to make several different meals each day. I wanted to learn more about nutrition, introduce healthier eating habits into my family and find something sustainable. Therese helped me reach those goals by first understanding my current eating habits and then working to identify small changes I could make. I appreciated the ongoing support, tips and recipes and accountability. I didn't feel overwhelmed or like I was on a crazy diet fad. Therese helped me dial in my nutrition and improve my overall food choices which has changed the way my family and I eat. I feel better and have seen the payoffs in the gym. More...

I have been working Therese for several months to learn and improve my nutritional habits. During this time, Therese has not only shared her expertise, but she did so in a great, easy to understand way. Therese understands that life happens and worked with me around events to understand how to look more holistically a week at a time to accommodate my life. I learned how and why to eat whole foods to feel better, increase my energy and sleep better at night. Eating right also minimizes inflammation that can manifest in arthritis, etc. I also learned how to really listen to my body. For the first time, I know how to tell if I am hungry, as opposed to thirsty or if I just want a flavor in my mouth – not just if it’s time to eat. I also have a good handle on what food will be satisfying, so I don’t just eat any thing without being satisfied which previously would result in just eating more food. Therese is so knowledgeable AND supportive. I would highly recommend Therese if you want to truly learn how to feel optimal! More...
