Gina our Waitress was friendly and Kind and did a great job of Taking the order and refilling water and checking back to see if everything was good. Medium Buffalo Wings were the best I have had in Broome County. The Spiedie Sandwich was Outstanding also! One of the Best Restaurant/Bars in our area! More...

The Relief Pitcher has been a favorite in our family for as long as I can remember. I met my husband there on a blind date and we have had many birthdays, baby showers, funeral dinners, etc. there. I was nervous to eat there when I heard it was under new ownership. Honestly I had been avoiding it. Tonight we ordered a huge spread of food. It was really exciting to see new menu items. I have to say it was the absolute BEST their food has ever tasted. I was SO happy to see that the favorites have not changed in flavors and recipes (ie: the best ranch ever, wing flavors, carrots and celery with the wings) and the new items were delish!! The man who answered the phone was very friendly and my husband said they were great when he was picking the food up! Kudos to the new owners and staff for a wonderful experience ❤️ More...

I walked in the door at 9:59pm this evening. Instead of a howdy, hello, good evening, how are ya now, or what can I get you. .. I was greeted by the bartender turning to a fellow patron, and loudly exclaiming so I was sure to hear 2 feet inside the door that "i really need to shut those lights off." I was completely taken aback by that but still made my way to the bar after a completely horrible and exhausting day at work, just to have a few drinks and get some food to wind the day down. An easy 40 dollar tab for 45 minutes to an hour of their time. I sat at the bar and asked the bartender if he was looking for an early night, and he said yes.... now keep in mind that both google and The Relief Pitchers facebook page says specifically open until 1am. I ask the bartender if that meant that the kitchen was completely closed down, fryers included. The bartender made a show of looking at his watch at 10:03pm and said, "yup completely closed down." I then said my mistake stood up off the stool and walked out. If that was the owner then it says a whole lot about the integrity of the place. I work in customer service and I have never made a customer ever feel like it was inconvenient of them to even walk through the door. I will never go back there again. Nor will I ever recommend it to anyone else. In stead I will actively attempt to talk people out of going there until my final breath. I have never felt so insulted just for walking through the door. I then spent a total of $15 dollars at burger king and speedway for a burger and beer to satisfy what "The Relief Pitcher" refused to. More...
