The Reiki Warrior

I have known a lot of people that have recommended Reiki, and I have always been extremely skeptical, however, after having a session with Rochele, The Reiki Warrior, I am definitely rethinking all of my opinions on this kind of healing. In Feb, when I arrived at Rochele’s studio, I was having a difficult time in many areas in my life, and was still not convinced that Reiki would be able to help with any of it. Rochele took her time to explain what we would be doing, and to guide me through every step of the process to make me feel more comfortable and able to accept the process. She taught me invaluable tools to deal with my anxieties and stress, which always get the better of me, but now I am starting to learn how to handle better, due to Rochele’s insightful guidance. The actual Reiki session was more relaxing than I thought it would be, and it also included balancing my chakras, which I apparently needed desperately because I definitely felt a major shift in how I had been feeling immediately following the session. After leaving, for the next several days I had more energy than I think I had had in years, and definitely felt much calmer and relaxed then I had felt in quite a long time as well. As someone who walked in a disbeliever, Rochele definitely changed my mind and showed me what Reiki really is, and helped me so very much in a time when it was extremely needed. More...

I totally recommend My dear yoga student ! The Reiki Warrior! I was so humbled with such introduction and an amazing Reiki session. It was my first Reiki session with crystals, sounds, vibration and light healing !It was out of this world.. for a moment I disconnected from samsara and the material world. Her approach is so comforting, genuine and calming. I have only experienced such trance during my yoga Nidra sessions only .That warm inner peace made me feel so disconnected from this world and so connected with my true essence . It a feeling that I could only describe after my session : " I felt like I was home ". I was in a safe place so calming and surrounded with a loving energy . The use of high quality aromatic oils, real healing crystals and sound tools made the journey of almost 2 hours incredible !Her knowledge in her field is remarkable. At the end of the session I felt so connected with myself and relaxed . Last but not least, the chakras reading were so accurate ! It all made sense ..Not to forget the wonderful energy clearing using Palo Santo or save at the beginning of each session ! And the kind goodie bag gift and chakra notes you receive at the end of your Reiki healing session is a nice touch that added to the overall uniqueness of this experience. Thumbs up !
