Stopped in for dinner and they were out of SO much. It took over an hour to get food. Wasn’t very impressed with the quality of the live music either. Been here many times but tonight was disappointing. More...

The food was excellent. I have the Texas tacos. You get a choice of meats & you can mix . I was really surprised at the prices. Not as bad as I thought they were gonna be. My only complaint was while I was eating the hostess was sweeping the floor next to our table. Big big big no no . More...

Our first try this evening. Jeannette...VERY friendly and attentive. Both chefs came out. Quiet night, so Chef Paul spent time chatting with us. He trained in Austin, Texas. He must have been their best student. Holy Cowsers! The Green Salad with a smokey tomatoe vinigarette...6 stars! Just a very unique and wonderful flavor. The Fatty Brisquet...UNBELIEVABLE. Just go and have these two items if nothing else. You won't regret it. Ribs were pretty good I'd say, but that brisquet...whoa Nellie! What's fun is to order and share. More...

Staff were friendly and great. Chicken was good. Ribs were great tacos. Pulled pork was great. Only thing we wish was different was the bread! Dinner rolls or biscuits would be better more of a southern taste. Peach cobbler was awesome and banana pudding was great. We miss Nagoya but this place was not bad at all. More...

My husband and I were in town visiting and was recommended to try this restaurant. We are SO glad we did. We love good BBQ places and have been to several. But this takes our number one spot! The deep fried deviled eggs are a must! It was so unique and absolutely delicious. We also had the BBQ cheese fries and the smoked wings, which were very good and tasty. What set them apart from the others, though, were their sauces. They have four to choose from, which they bring all to your table. It was fun switching up the sauces in every bite. Their house BBQ and peach BBQ sauce were our two favorites. We wish they sold them bottled up to go! It's a bummer we live over four hours away because it was so delicious! If you're visiting Catawba, you must eat here!! More...

We were so excited to try The Que. Friends gave it rave reviews. We called in the afternoon to make reservations (I had to call several times because no one answered the phone). We were told they didn’t take reservation or do call ahead seating. It was a Saturday so we expected to have to wait but when we arrived we were told it would be an hour because we didn’t have a reservation. (What?!) We should have just made another choice but decided to wait it out. Once we were seated, we ordered drinks and appetizers. Friends raves about the sweet tea so I ordered that but it was gross. Our appetizers came but we never go silverware but we were starving so we ate with our fingers. We waited almost an hour for our meal. And of course by this time in the evening they were out of almost everything so we didn’t get to try the things we really wanted to. So of our food was amazing! Brisket, loaded fries, deep fried deviled eggs. Yum!!! Some not so good- brisket burger was burnt and all the cheese melted off almost like it had been sitting on the grill waiting forever to be served. Mac and cheese was just a big bowl of noodles with a thin runny cheese sauce. (This was something my friends loved here so I expected something creamy, cheesy and delicious). My friend also recommended the warm potato salad. I didn’t see it on the menu so I just ordered potato salad and it was average. The only saving grace was our waitress, Corrina. She is a BBQ angel. At times i wondered if she was the only one working because she was running her tail off while others just stood around chatting. She brewed new tea, had to roll more silverware so we could eat our dinner and had burgers remade so it we could it. Overall, the brisket was good enough that I would give it another chance but not on a Saturday night. More...

Southern bbq finally made it north! Great service and even better bbq. The Pitmaster has struck a perfect balance of sweet, heat, and smoke. Might be the best ribs I've ever had. Met the Pitmaster and he is as tasteful as his bbq. Highly Recommend More...

Beautiful view on the patio...awesomely decorated restaurant. Decent food, but I’ve had better bbq traveling around....however for the price of the dinners, the portions could be larger. Not a fan of the price structure of each side being an additional $4 each on top of the $14 for the brisket dinner. Would be better if they offered a sampler plate of 3 or 4 different meats like most other sit down bbq restaurants.....then I could see the higher prices of the side dishes. More...
