Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes, we will provide our own cleaning supplies. We have an option for all non-toxic cleaning products. However, if customers prefer we use their cleaning products, instead, we certainly will do so.
What do you love most about your job?
We love that we have the ability to provide home owners and winter visitors peace of mind while they are away.​
What inspired you to start your own business?
At the end of 2022, Adam and Danielle Ottosen (owners of The Property Concierge) identified a need throughout the Valley of the Sun. With so many winter visitors and traveling home owners, there are thousands of homes sitting vacant for extended periods of time. The Ottosen's wanted to provide families with the piece of mind that their homes are safe, secure, and in good working condition, while they are away. No one wants to return to their desert oasis with a list of surprise maintenance issues and costly repairs that could have been rectified before returning home.

We are dedicated to caring for your home as lovingly as you do. All of your property care, home checks, and concierge services will be conducted by the owners, Adam and Danielle Ottosen.
We do not just watch your home; we provide weekly or monthly in-person property and home checks to help identify any current or potential issues, while you are away. Beyond safety and security, our property checks provide you long-term cost savings as we ensure your critical assets are in good working condition. Leaving critical aspects of your home unchecked, can eventually lead to major problems, as well as costly and stressful repairs, in the future. Regular home checks could prevent these impending issues from creating safety concerns and health issues for your family. If maintenance work is required, we will provide recommendations or set up appointments for you, with our exceptional vendors.
