Over here we focus on training the primal instincts that reside within ourselves for the purpose of creating new standards in life, health & fitness. We all have instincts that are ignored. We tend to overdo or do nothing. When are we actually paying attention to what we need? ?

Fitness is just a way to break loose of the setbacks but we need an overall life evolution that includes life, health and fitness and that's what I am here for. As a Single Dad who went through a lot of hardships in my personal life I turned to food as a way of comfort and lost my drive for fitness and life overall. The hardest wasn't being fat but rather not being my best. I unlocked something amazing through combining my 10 years experience of animal training, martial arts and fitness training. I discovered the beauty and innocence of the animal that resides in us. The primal instincts our ancestors used to live and succeed are within us as well and they are ignored and many times are shamed.
If we can embrace the beast inside ourselves properly we will win!
I lost over 15% body fat, 35 lbs in 8 weeks and came in first place on my first Tough Mudder and #35 on my first half marathon as well in that time frame!!
