Never again… table of 4 they added 20% gratuity. It showed too, they were not that busy and service was just ok. We would of given 20%, but it was not earned.
Still with a smaller party it should of been our decision to do that. Second, they add a charge for credit card vs cash. Nah… not cool at all.
Food was good, but for the price I suggest go to a bigger name where service is spectacular and they won’t add tip or charge for using a card.

Disappointed in both service and the food. The food was not all bad but however for the amount of money you are paying for your entrees and the mandatory deposit of 200. 00 their attitudes and service could have been better. When I first walked into the door I told the lady that we had a reservation but we were early. She told us to sit and wait until all our party was present …. 20 mins🤦🏽♀️. It was only until she realized we had put down a deposit that her attitude became friendly and accommodating to us. I have been here twice now and it has been spectacular both times! We chose to have our Office Christmas party here and it was fabulous! We booked the wine room!! The service provided was outstanding right down to the water glasses being refilled!! Our server Shana was a joy and had suggestions and recommendations that did not disappoint. The food was amazing! Our group had a very unpleasant experience and will not be dining here again in the future. We reserved a private room with a $300 deposit. One week before our event, we were told that our room had been given to the owner’s friend and we can sit in the open area at the same table. That was unacceptable for our event. We were then told we would be moved to a private area which normally has a $3,000 minimum. So we were grateful for the accommodations. However, it didn’t come easy. The conversation to receive this accommodation was very unprofessional. We were treated as if WE made the mistake. Upon arrival, the staff did not allow our coordinator to go into the room early for set up. We had to wait for a majority of the guests to arrive before we could set the atmosphere for their arrival. This was an inconvenience because we had to set up the event as guests are arriving. That’s very tacky and classless. Our server became very “comfortable” very quickly. We were met with curse words and unprofessional vernacular. Throughout the night, several staff members would enter the room without announcing themselves. We had no idea why there were several DIFFERENT staff members that kept entering our room. So we began to stop them at the door because we had a lot of valuable personal belongings. The food was very subpar. Almost everyone ordered different types of steaks. All of them were burnt. We all asked for medium well. In addition, they were very fatty instead of meaty. The valet gentleman was very helpful and pleasant. That was the only good part about our experience here. We will never return and do NOT recommend. More...

Laura aka Karen has a horrible disposition. She answers the phone rude and aggressive and that is not inviting for a business. We will not be returning. They are not accommodating for big parties. She has to be a relative of the family business because at any other business she would have been terminated! She told the waitress to count the money when we paid the bill as if we didn’t pay the accurate amount. Stop stereotyping blacks. We are wealthy too! Very disappointed and it's all because of the manager Laura. She is very rude and speaks to the customers as if they are children. She has a nasty demeanor, aggressive, and sarcastic tone. The food was just okay. At the end, we paid more than what the bill amount was and told the waitress to keep the change. Laura then came over to the waitress and told her to count the money because she was implying that we did not pay the full amount let alone leave a tip. It was my mother and I first time dining here. The Atmosphere was really cozy. Our waitress was very nice, very efficient and informative. We had a martini and wine the drinks were delicious…the appetizers were good. French Onion soup was delicious. My mom said her fried greens were a bit greasy though. Our steaks were cooked perfectly, loaded potatoes were so yummy. The only thing we didn’t really like or care for was the Lobster Mac & Cheese, it was bland and it just didn’t have enough seasoning at all. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Food 4/5 More...
