I tried their food for the first time today. I got their Bulgogi Philly sandwich, Korean Tacos, and their dumplings. I wanted to try as many as my stomach would allow. Man, I'm so glad I did because I was very impressed with all 3. I travel a lot and eat a lot of Korean food in Cali, Washington, and even in Korea. The food at this place was absolutely awesome and equally comparable or if not better than all the places I've had Korean food. I can't do an exact comparison because I've never had the Korean Tacos or the Bulgogi Philly but man, I'm so glad I did. It was very creative and extremely delicious. We just tried some dishes .....def some of THEE BEST authentic Korean food I have ever had! The mandu had the most perfect texture and flavor. I tried the BimBimBop and it was such a perfect blend of flavors and spice! The spice lingers and tickles the palette but doesn't overpower and take away from the flavor at all! If you live in the Idaho Falls, Rexburg, Pocatello area you have to stop by The Porky Korean Food Truck for some Mandu and Daeji Bulgogi! It is all super authentic Korean food and they make their own Kimchi. I don’t like kimchi, but this was great kimchi.
