Casey, Again, you having to write paragraphs of incorrect and false information just shows you often have to defend yourself and this business. The space you say is not yours, is representing themselves as you, and the pictures are of your venue and location. I would of reached out to your events manager but she lost my trust upon lying to us and presenting us with a new contract for a different date we never agreed upon, trying to be slick and dishonest. If you and your business would have been honest and upfront in the beginning, then I would have never had to write this review.  I am not the only reviewer on here that experienced the exact same treatment. Not only did our friend call, I called and my partner called and he represents that you are both the same business. Maybe instead of continuing to defend your dishonesty, your tactics would be better used to clear that up with him, not me. Lol! I do not feel as though I am spreading false info, as everything I have stated is true and accurate, and I am not the only reviewer who had the same experience. Again, maybe you need to take it up with those who lie, send a contract with an incorrect date sneakily, tell us the date is free and then do a 180, or Jason and Peerspace who state both are the same business. Again, having to do this much work to defend yourself looks very bad on you, and the constant lies, dishonesty and your words, tell me enough that I am glad I did not do business with you or the space. Same experience as other reviewers on "The Knot" website. Requested a date over emails, was told it was available and booked a viewing.  Went and viewed the location and decided to book the venue for our wedding, but less than 12 hours after the viewing they said our date was taken and sent us a contract with a different date. The whole thing seemed very shady as did the venue. The venue was dirty and rundown and they didn't seem to care it was that way when viewing.  Was more disappointed that they lied to us and said the venue was available and then after viewing and wanting to book, told us the date was taken.  Even today, almost 5 months later, we called just to check to see if they are shady.  Low and behold, they are again telling us the date we originally wanted is miraculously available.  They are shady, they lie, and who wants to do business with people who treat others as so.To Casey, thank you for the reply but this is a complete lie. True, the date you "said" was available and your first showing was over a week later. We viewed the venue at 4pm, at 8am called to book the next day, and all the sudden it was taken. You didn't offer other dates, you offered 1 other date, and even sent a contract with the other date, trying to be sneaky and underhanded. I don't do business with liars or cheats. Lastly, a friend did call on the venue thru peerspace I think it was, not knowing we already checked and the gentleman does continue to say it's available although you state not. Maybe you need to get your business in order and stop lying and trying defend your actions. A similar review also had the same experience. Seems your are shady, which is sad. My corporate team had a retreat at The Point, and everyone had an amazing time. The venue was a perfect representation of laid-back southern California casual with all the amenities. The proximity to the water was perfect for the Pontoon Boat activity our group did. Both Casey and Brittany were communicative, professional and kind. They organized local breakfast and lunch to be catered and helped facilitate a fun day for our team. I will be recommending this venue to anyone in my organization looking to host a dinner, meeting or team retreat and will be back again with my team in the future. More...

This spot is a hidden gem! We used this venue for a celebration of life service and it was perfect! Our ceremony was outside with a beautiful view. The venue provided everything we needed, from beautiful white chairs, to a clear A/V system both outside and inside the venue, set up just as we envisioned, helpful staff, enough tables and seating for all of our guests, it was impeccably clean, they're accessible, easy to work with, and very kind! They have three rooms available, very spacious, great amenities, both kids and adults had a great time! Their lounge area is perfect! You get to have a little bit of everything here! Oh and did I mention, you can bring your own food and drink? Also, They're pricing was perfect for such a great venue and they really made this event unforgettable for everyone!
