The Pillow Bar

I'm sorry it's not the best pillow for me with my particular neck issues but I would still recommend them to other's looking for a good pillow. The quality and customer service is awesome! Beyond any other company I've recently heard of. I loved the design-thought I'd be able to go to one pillow for my neck and body-I just couldn't get the right softness/hardness for my neck and ear. I suffer from chronic severe neck issues and lying down has always been the worst time of the day for me. I discovered The Pillow Bar and bought 2 Dr Mary Side Sleeper pillows, 1 in down and 1 alternative. I LOVE them both! So comfortable and I won't sleep or travel without them. (I only use 1 at a time but love having the choice of which one my neck feels like using each night). The customer service can not be beat, and the whole company is amazing!! I bought my pillows at a satellite store location in Dallas and after a couple nights they still felt a little too big for my neck. I messaged the company on a Sunday morning. They responded back immediately and invited me into the pillow factory to have my neck sized for the correct size pillows. They fixed me up, and I've never been uncomfortable since. As someone who has spent thousands and thousands of dollars on pillows in the past while in a search for the perfect pillow.... I can honestly say that the search is over.
