The hostess refused to take our order for takeout. We were present in the restaurant for take out and they said they were not taking any more orders although they were continuing to serve people in the restaurant. Very poor customer service IMO. While visiting from Florida, we were hungry and decided to stop to eat before checking into our air bnb. We saw the Pedalin Pig sign and turned in because we both love bbq. Upon entering, we were greeted and sat immediately. After being seated, our server came over and quickly got our drink order and then returned to get our food order. During this time, I was close enough to the kitchen to hear orders being called out and food being expedited fast and efficiently. Very impressive. When our food came, we were not disappointed, the wings that I asked for were to my liking and the sauce the waitress suggested was accurate in her description. My wife ordered the ribs and they were just as good as any competition ribs I’ve ever had, fall off the bone tender but still had a good bite through. The sides were A plus as well. This is not just another road side bbq joint, this is one for family gatherings and celebrations. I highly recommend anyone visit the Pedalin’ Pig. More...
