Mike and the Pawssociates are so caring and genuinely knowledgeable about how to train dogs, young and old, no matter the breed, no matter the background. What do you love most about your job?
The problem solving! I recognize that no two situations are alike. Every dog and owner is so special and unique, and I love creating plans so my Pawssociates clients can feel more at ease with their dogs.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Owner, Mike Rose (He,Him,His) said, "Woof. Lots of reasons! I want science to be more involved with dog training. I have to check myself when I nerd out over it sometimes. I want people to know more about learning theory! I love seeing people fall more in love with their dogs. I also wanted to see better business practices in this country. I wanted to see people care for their clients and employees like they're family. So, instead of complaining about it, I'm putting my money where my mouth is!"
