I have been with the Parks for 6 months and I am so happy that I have switched gyms! With the friendly staff, clean facility, and convenient location, it is more of an incentive for me to work out. Not only that, The Parks includes all of the equipment and amenities that you want in a gym. The price of the membership is well-priced especially for everything that you get. Mike, my trainer, is amazing as well. He is always prepared to challenge me and is well prepared for all of my sessions. I would recommend the Parks to everyone! More...

I have been a member of the Parks Health & Fitness since Spring of this year - just moved back to NOLA last Fall after a long time. I like Parks very much for the variety of services I get there. I take yoga, zumba, and hip-hop classes (5 days total per week for these classes) and do two sessions of personal training per week. Sometimes, I just go and do an hour on the treadmill, bicycle, and/or elliptical. The classes have been especially great! Along with the two 30 minute personal training sessions with an awesome trainer (Sean), I have recovered a great deal of my coordination, strength, and cardiovascular stamina. It had been over a year prior to that since I belonged to a gym (was living out of the US) and it feels good to get fit again. Also, I have had help from my yoga class instructors that has been more beneficial than actual physical therapy for a pretty tricky back problem. I am very satisfied with Parks. More...
