With invites sent to and only a few weeks to go before the event, I found myself overwhelmed about pulling off my daughter's first birthday party. I've planned lots of events so I had a clear idea of what I wanted - I just needed someone to execute. Enter, Clara. Clara was extremely responsive and immediately ran with my idea of a lemon-themed birthday party. She came up with things I wouldn't have thought of myself (personalized stickers for the favor bags and personalized napkins) and did a great job bringing my vision to life.During the party she paid keen attention to everything, so I didn't have to. Instead of pouring drinks and checking on food, I spent my time with my friends and family - many of whom I hadn't seen since before my daughter was born. That quality time wouldn't have been possible without Clara's help, and I was grateful for it.Clara's the quintessential Parisian. She has great taste in wine, flowers (and will arrange them artfully at your event), and food. If you entrust her with your event, you'll be able to rest easy knowing every element will be executed flawlessly. On top of all that, she's very enjoyable to work with. I have collaborated with Clara of The Parisian Planner on many occasions. I can say that I truly enjoy working with her. She is detail oriented, proactive, creative, and dedicated. Because of her diverse background and extensive experience in both corporate events and private parties, Clara is able to produce experiences that are enjoyable to clients and guests of all walks of life. She puts her clients first and works hard (and smart) to make sure that their event is executed to their vision, most often exceeding their expectations. I've heard them say it myself! As a colleague, I could not ask for a better person to work with. This job can be tough and stressful, but Clara handles everything with a professional ease. Clara was the event coordinator for our wedding reception.  She was very easy to get a hold of, and always on time for all of our meetings.  Clara went above and beyond in helping us plan, and was very patient when we were being indecisive.  The day of the wedding Clara took care of everything, and it all went off without a hitch.  We will absolutely be using Clara again in the future.  Without her expertise, tact, and hard work our wedding wouldn't have been the same. I hired the Parisian planner to help plan and coordinate a large party in the Bay Area. Clara did a fantastic job! She helped me with every detail necessary to make the event so special and memorable for all the guests. Everyone raved about the party.
