I've never enjoyed working out so much in my life! The coaches care and make sure you are being safe (important for someone over 50 here! ) I have been doing crossfit for over a year now and love how every workout is different (and I don't have to plan any of them), everyone cheers you on and I SEE a difference in my body, my balance, my energy level and my overall happiness. Such a great gym! First of all it’s huge and has top of the line equipment. We dropped in for a class while moving and the staff and community were welcoming and friendly from the start. This is a great place to train. I have worked out for years and have never met a better trainer than Kristin. She is tough, but by focusing on having good technique, and understanding of injuries and limitations, she has you doing things you didn't believe were possible. On top of that, the atmosphere is great. Unlike other gyms in town, everyone there is your friend and practically your family. Don't worry about being a star athlete either.
