What do you love most about your job?
I love connecting with my clients on a deep and personal level in order to better understand their needs. I love it when clients have breakthrough moments in therapy, whether making a personal discovery or experiencing levels of release and relief.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always wanted to set a positive and peaceful tone in this field. It is easy to get caught up in the speed of life, but I have structured my company to thrive at a sustainable pace. I have also wanted to create a space that is inclusive about who receives care. In other words I want people from all demographics to have access to and feel good about mental health care. Starting my own counseling practice allows me to ensure that this becomes a reality as opposed to just an ideal.
