I had given a high rating due to the quick response. However, at 4am this morning...my driver didn't arrive.He was at the wrong address. He also didn't assist me with my luggage,and cane and it was hard to open that side door. He didn't apologize, nor talk during the trip. It was raining, and I was very nervous the entire ride. No assistance whatsoever in helping me unload my items from the van. Never again with this company! More...
