Best way is to have us come out and see the property in person. Los angeles county and surrounding counties are wanting more garage conversions so most homeowners will be able to do it

Well first its a phone call with me to go over exactly what you are looking to get done . Then we scheduale a meeting with Arie . He will come out take measurements and give options to what we can or cannot do at the property.
How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
That also needs to be seen in person and a lot of the time we would need out architect at the meeting too. (Still a free no obligation estimate)

Each one is different. It still starts with a phone call to our office and then a meeting with Arie. We will then need the architect to draw plans . Once plans are completed and approved by the city and customer , we can start on the remodel

We wanted to do things our way. For us its always quality over quantity. Thats why we decided to create this boutique construction company that can allow us to work the way we want and our clients appreciate
