I am not gluten intolerant, nor do I have Celiac's disease, but I tried these cookies as a sample at the Willy Street Co-op in Middleton, WI through a suggestion from a former co-worker. OMG!! They are so fabulous! I usually dislike gluten free bakery items because they are like eating cardboard. Not these cookies. They are so soft and absolutely delicious. I have never had a better peanut butter cookie. There is no flour so the peanut taste comes through very strongly. And the sea salt on top caps the flavor off perfectly.

I saw the chocolate chip sea salt cookies at Outpost this week. I noticed they were gluten free. Not being gluten free, I thought these weren't the cookies for me. But, I grabbed a bag just to try something new. Wow! So glad I did. These are the best cookies I have had in a long time, and I'm not even a big sweets eater!
