My son had a fantastic 16th birthday with his friends. We rented the stretch Hummer and it was awesome. The driver - Joel - was wonderful and made it so much fun for the boys! !! Would use them again in a heart beat! Joel was early, flexible and accommodating. The group of 10 boys and 2 girls really loved Joel, and said he was a great driver and was fun. I highly recommend this company. Sean the driver was incredible. We booked a limo for travel for 12 teenagers for prom to downtown, it went better thank perfect. Sean texted me well in advance, was at the meeting spot early and patiently let us take tons of pictures of the kids next to that awesome white hummer limo. Sean communicated with me (the dad) all thought out the night which was great because I was already freaking out about my little girl going to prom, yikes. The limo arrived at the drop spot on time and the kids had smiles on their faces and high fived Sean as they got out. Sure sign they had a fun and exciting time.The booking process was also easy and the person in the office that helped was great, an excellent communicator as well.As a parent with precious teenager cargo I was pleasantly pleased with safety and experience for the kids. Sean was fantastic and really made our experience great! I reserved the limo through Groupon for our wedding day. We left in the limo and went to dinner from the reception. Sean was a gentleman and maximized our time. We didn't go for 4 hours like we paid for, so he took a couple scenic routes for us and took some photos for us. It really made the experience special. The only thing I didn't like is that the gratuity fees alone were over $100 not including the cost paid for just the limo, so be prepared to factor that in. More...

Great people at this company. Our son reserved  two ultra stretch hummers for  his wedding. No issues, very clean, the drivers were very accommodating and so pleasant to work with! So all good and I usually rate 4 stars. We left a wedding card from the church in one of the limos. I called Sean our driver who gave me his cell number. He was not sure if we wanted it so he left it in the office just in case.When I called, he went and picked up the card and brought it to us at a completely different location.Now that is service! Reserved a Hummer limo a month in advance for our wedding day on July 15th. Shannon booked us & handled our deposit. Kept in contact with her to make sure everything was good the week before our big day. Service was good on her end.We has initially read reviews and requested Keisha to be our driver. However, she was unavailable for our day, and we had been assigned a gentleman named Shawn/Sean as our driver. He was absolutely WONDERFUL from beginning to end. - Extremely patient and attentive to our bridal party. Even helping us ladies on on off the limo when seeing us struggle with our dresses & heels. It was 104 degrees outside, and he has warned us about how hot it may get inside the limo even with the AC. Honestly, it wasn't bad at all. I was 5 &half months pregnant at the time and didn't have any complaints. At the end, after he dropped us off at our final destination (wedding venue), he came inside to let us know that someone had dropped a $20 bill in the back seat. Pricing at this place already includes gratuity for the driver, but his integrity was very respectable to us, so we tipped him that $20. - THANK YOU, SHAWN! (sp?) I purchased a $178 groupon for 4 hour service for 8 people. Called as soon as i bought it and i paid an additional $103. I dont care what anyone says,you can NOT beat that price. I was quoted everywhere else in Sac over $400 for just one hour! It was for my 21st birthday,my girls and I went downtown for dinner and to the club. The driver was on time,thank God she was a female and the sweetest lady ever! We were pretty loud and drank too much but she was very polite and friendly. I made sure that we didnt annoy her too much. I am very impressed with Mix Master overall. Only reason why i left one star out is because the stereo system/bass kinda sucked inside the limo and the buttons were really touchy. Otherwise,awesome awesome awesome! I needed a limo for my daughter's prom and first place I looked was Groupon.  This business came up but I noticed that it said it was not good on holidays and her prom was the 5th of May which was considered a holiday because of how busy they would be for that day.  I asked about the regular price and it was not bad at all.  $350. for 4 hours and the tip was included.  Divide that by 8 kids that wanted to share the limo and it was an amazing deal.  The woman that answered the phone was super nice and very thorough.  I asked all sorts of questions and she covered everything.  The limo driver was awesome.  She was punctual and very easy going.  She was very cool with all 8 teenagers. We rented an 8 passenger limo to look at the Christmas lights with my family. Keisha showed up right on time (& she's BEAUTIFUL! ) & was SO friendly with my younger kids. The limo was very nice!! & all stocked up! We got a call the day of to confirm everything & a call afterwards to see how our night went. Great job by the sweet and very pretty limo driver (sorry, forgot, I'm bad with names). Very service oriented. 100% satisfied. The DJ was excellent, but ignored my song request sheet and even played a song I requested for them NOT to play. I wanted 60/40 slow vs fast. I got 80/20 fast to slow. We were an older crowd. Songs I picked like Fran Sinatra, Michael Buble, etc. never got played. Instead too many fast "pop-ish".I requested classical music during dinner. My one request is they NOT, under any circumstances play Canon in D by Pacabel. It sets off really bad memories. Theresa took the info down and said ok.Literally the third song played was Canon in D. My daughter flew out of her seat and told them to stop playing it. They apologized, saying they were using Pandora and can't control the music.I should have been told ahead of time, so I could have chosen love songs instead of classical.Other than that, they were perfect. I had SUCH a great experience with The Mix Master.  Shannon helped me figure out the amount of time needed to get my group to and from our event and, when I realized the day before the event that we would be a very tight squeeze (8 people over 6" tall in a Lincoln Town Car), she helped us upgrade to a stretch Hummer without breaking the bank.  Keisha, our driver, was incredibly sweet and professional.  She arrived early and was ready to go the minute we wanted to head out. There is no way I couldnt give their service 5 stars, because they did everything right so they derserve it.     It was my wifes birthday and I wanted to do somthing big, so I took advantage of the groupon deal to get the stretch hummer. So I booked it but later had to switch the date from a friday to a saturday. Thats when I found out that I didn fully read the coupon which was only vallid for weedays. I explained to them my situation and why I had to switch days, and fortunately they were able to meet me in the middle, not giving me the groupon price but definitely not charging me the regular price.     My limo arrived exactly on time, thanks to my awsome driver Bobby. He even took the liberty to help with my surprise set up for my wife by talking to the valle service , getting them to allow him to briefly park the limo right in front of the hotel entrance and not on the street. My driver was professional, and had a great personality, which only helped my wife have the best birthday ever.   I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a limo service. We had an excellent experience with this limo company. We hired them for our daughter's 21st birthday and received every bit the experience we had hoped for this very special occasion. We rented their least expensive limo (and it was beautiful!)  for a round trip evening ride from Sacramento to San Francisco. The driver, Eric, arrived early, was extremely professional, hip, and gracious to our daughter's hyper excited group of friends. I was treated very well by Shannon, the office manager, while making all the arrangements. She was always pleasant and worked hard to make sure I was comfortable with everything. I gave her a very long list of sights my daughter wanted to visit and I think they got almost everything in. For almost the same price as any other birthday venue, we were able to throw a surprise limo birthday party for our 12 your old. We got a white hummer and the kids had the most FANTASTIC time. I'm sure it will cause a new limo party craze in our neighborhood. The kids kept saying, "This is the BEST party we have ever been to!". My son will absolutely never forget this party! A white hummer limo for my wedding day!!  Sounds expensive, but it was totally affordable.  They even worked with my budget and time frame! !  My wedding started at 2pm, which meant that we'd be done around 3pm and didn't need to be at the reception until 6pm.   With no clear definite plans of what we'd be doing after the ceremony or where we'd be taking wedding photos, the limo service was very go with the flow.  Didn't rush us at all, but just hung back until we were ready to go!Really great customer service!  All for less than $300!!  Yes, that cheap for a hummer limo!  Really made our day and our bridal party was allowed to get hyphy and take a breather before more craziness! I've used Mix Master Limos on a couple occasions. Most recently, this past weekend.  Teresa, who took the reservation, was very friendly, accommodating and professional. Our driver, Sean, arrived 10 minutes early. The limo was immaculate inside an out, stocked with bottled water and a champagne.  We reserved it for 5hrs and found their rate to be very competitive with the market. I used both the DJ and limo service. My wedding was amazing, beautiful and the music was awesome! Everyone was dancing and had a great time. My limo was a lot of fun! We got the hummer limo, champagne and an awesome light display. Our DJ and his assistant were great! My DJ actually came to my head table and asked me if my husband and I wanted a drink from the bar! If you need a DJ then choose mix master pro. They work their butts off. My DJ had everyone out and dancing, trust me there was never a dull moment. I have got so many compliments and they are still coming. My DJ also coordinated everything too. I can not say thank you enough! My wedding was the best ever and I thank you guys for going over the top for me! Thank you so much!

I rented a hummer limo from this company for prom in 09! they were great! on time and and very easy to work with. The driver laid out the rules before letting us in and even had a few cds made for us! After dropping us off he offered to pick us up any refreshments on his way back and didnt even charge us for it! the first time i contacted mix master it was kind of hard to get a hold of someone, but i finally did. the price was very good and everything worked out well. teresa, our driver was awesome. she was on time, every time. she was patient, nice, and very reliable. we needed her for 8 hours and she drove us to several places. she drove like a pro and never had a hard time parking.

the only bad thing was that the limo was very hot! our wedding day was may 29th and it was probably in the high 70s that day, nice and clear. but inside the limo it was probably in the mid to high 80s. being that there were 10 people in the limo didnt help either. rolling down the windows wasnt an option because the girls' hair would have been messed up. even thought the AC was on high, it just blew out room temp air. it actually got a little nauseating and we were all so tired to begin with, the heat just really ruined the experience of riding in the limo.

i still do recommend this company because they were so professional and courtesous. their prices were also very reasonable. but ask about the AC before hiring them, it may make or break your experience More...
