Gary was more than helpful and was friendly to both me and my family! Highly recommended he gives a no nonsense approach and tells it as it is. He will do his best to find what you are looking for and will let you know what's best for your performance. He made me feel like we'd been friends for a long time and had some great stories. This is Florida's most LEGIT magic shop I have visited. We don't have many more, of course. This isn't a joke or prank shop- it's a magic shop all the way through. I walked in while on business. Met with friendly,  knowledgeable magicians. I got sit down and share and riff on some of magic's deepest knowledge with Gary Barker. Great guys, all of them- super friendly. I even left my name on a small piece of paper and was called months later letting me know they got in a copy of a old and rare book I was hunting- quoted me a price they'd barely make profit on. My favorite Magic store in the United States. Awesome magic props for stage, parlor, or close up and a really warm and knowledgeable staff and they have a stage for performances with awesome shows. What a great place!

I was surprised to learn that there is a magic store in town.  My daughter has been going nuts learning magic on youtube but Gary has now taken us to the next level.  He is wonderful.  Very patient while my daughter explained what she could do and then opened her world to a bunch of new tricks.  If you are looking to expand your horizons this is the place to do it.  I highly recommend The Magic Emporium. I've passed this store hundreds of times and always wondered if it was even open. Since it's the Christmas season I turned to the Magic Emporium for a gift for a friend. I was surprised to find a number of people inside the small shop, they were mostly talking about Magic. As I wandered around one of the shop keepers was showing tricks to another customer and as I listened in on the conversation and watched a little of the Magic out of the corner of my eye I ended up literally buying what he was selling. I thought the tricks and potential of the card deck would be great fun for someone who has a little Magic. I was helped by another shop keeper and picked up a cool deck for only a few dollars. I was surprised by the low prices on many of the tricks and decks, I'll definitely come back and maybe pick up a trick or two for myself! More...

The Magic Emporium is like Home away from Home, It like a Big Kids toy store, the staff are very friendly and really go out of their way to help any one who needs a helping Hand, wether it being in finding a particular magic trick or learning how to do a Trick, they do their best to treat every one as family when you walk in the door you will feel the family atmosphere and respect . you got Matt Gary SR and Gary jr, one hell of a trio, these 3 guys are in my opionon are awesome guys with a big heart and love for magic, stop in and see the Magic emporium I can gareentee you wont be disappointed More...
