Jules was an absolute joy to work with for my wedding! She is an extremely talented makeup artist and a warm, humorous, and down to earth person. She did an amazing job creating a look for me that was beautiful, natural and fit perfectly with my dress, the setting and and night. The few times I have had my makeup professionally done, I end up up looking like a Broadway actress - completely overdone. Jules is a master at applying makeup in such a way that you look like a more polished, slightly more glamourous version of yourself. Even my au natural//makeup-phobic family members were all blown away. Â She made me feel completely at ease on my big day and like a goddess when it all came together at the end. Not only did I have gorgeous results, but I also had a great time getting to know Jules and spending time with her on my wedding day. She is super down to earth, warm, and professional, and has a great sense of humor. I know what I like when I see it, but had a hard time describing what kind of look I envisioned for myself for the big day when we met for my makeup trial. Jules knew precisely what questions to ask to get to know my style, my personality, and the wedding setting/general vibe in order to create a look that was perfect for me and the day.
