I cannot say enough great things about this business. I grew up in the restaurant business so I understand that mistakes happen, but what they did went above and beyond what I would have expected. Here is the story...I ordered through door dash at work and ended up getting the wrong order. I called them and they had me call DoorDash to let them know but told me in the meantime they would start to make my food for me. After calling DoorDash and having them re-send my order so I would have lunch I waited for my order. It was delivered very quickly and even included an extra treat. To top it off they called me back to make sure I got my order and that it was correct. I would highly recommend them because not only is their food AMAZING but their customer service is some of the best I have ever experienced!!! Thank you and keep doing what you are doing! More...

Really good sandwiches! We stopped by for a quick bite to eat. They serve Boar's head meat, which is delicious. My family and I come here all the time and we LOVE it. We had my sister’s wedding reception in the fancy room (can’t remember what it’s really called) and it was perfect. Our server filmed a ‘redo’ of her wedding because her in laws missed the actual ceremony. They were incredibly patient with us and it did not go unnoticed. We were very grateful and continue to around an hour south to eat there as often as we can we will be moving sometime in the near future and I hope we find a place as delicious and wonderful as the Dill. Let me tell you what I love about this place... Anybody can do sandwiches. What makes them a GOOD sandwich is the quality of the product. The meats. The cheeses. Luckily Dill is using the best in both. Then add in a better selection of chips (I’m sorry, but these shops that just offer plain Lays aren’t doing it for me), tasty soups and other sides, and a drink selection that goes far beyond the basic Coca-Cola offerings, and you’ve put together my favorite sandwich shop in downtown! It’s well worth the extra few bucks to get a sandwich at this LOCAL establishment rather than padding the CEO pockets of the corporate sandwich shop just down the street. Shop local. Eat local. FREAKING AXE THROWING!!! Â That's the reason I came. Â It's a nice little clean place with an uncluttered interior and some pretty tables. Â And AXE THROWING!!! Stalls. Â They have a few nice microbrews on tap and the staff is friendly. Â I got a slaw dog because that is what you do in southern WV. Â It was tasty and well prepared with a good bun, sweet slaw, and slightly bland chili. Â Overall a good experience. Â And where else in town can you throw axes and not get arrested. More...
