I travel over 100 days a year and The Lodge has been the best place I've stayed in the last several years. Dominic at the bar provides excellent service and makes delicious, unique cocktails. The daily breakfast consistently amazing! Tgecrooms are beautiful and the fireplaces are a nice homey touch. There are free bikes to borrow and explore the waterfront, and the hotel amenities can't be beat. We held our annual Christmas party at Anthony's and booked rooms for all who wanted to stay the night at The Lodge. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. After the dinner we all walked back to the hotel and sat our by the fire pit. The staff brought us out blankets, cushions and made sure we had plenty of drink service. The entire staff is absolutely amazing. Any questions we had about anything, they were happy to answer. Managers were awesome about housekeeping around our extended stay schedule. They even have a spa and amazing massage therapist! Breakfast is sooo good and have a larger variety to choose from! Rooms are clean! Extremely comfortable! Gorgeous view on the river side! Heated outdoor pool and hot tub with I will say is truly heated! We enjoyed both in the 20 degree weather! Nice gym too!!! This hotel is sooo nice! Enjoyed with my kids ages 17-12-7-4! Everyone loved it! Definitely book for your next stay! Close to the highway so easy access to Kennewick and Pasco! More...

The place was absolutely beautiful! I loved how each floor had a sitting area where you can enjoy the view. We loved hanging out on the balcony and even though it was cold, we managed to enjoy the fireplace and jacuzzi as well as the fire pit. Will definitely be back in the summer! More...

Absolutely amazing hotel. The front desk staff were over the top friendly and helpful. My room was immaculate. The bed was comfortable. The amenities were incredible. I can't say enough how much we liked our stay. The property is beautiful, the staff very friendly, they offered a discount for our Special Olympics event, and the food and bar were great! ||||We came as a large group in occasion of the fall games for Special Olympics Washington and found the perfect spot to unwind after the event.||The rooms are spacious and nicely appointed. We had a pet friendly room that was perfect and our dog loved. The staff was very welcoming to our dog and the rest of the family.||||The common spaces are very inviting and cozy. They had wine tasting in the lobby both Friday and Saturday night and we enjoyed a drink or two in the bar and the lobby area. Nice ambience around a gas fire feature.||||The breakfast food was delicious and my friends who tried the restaurant for dinner also said it was great.||||What a nice stay! Gorgeous setting on Columbia River. It’s obvious the manager pays attention to all details. Pool & public areas are beautiful. I shouldn't tell you this because by acknowledging the fantastic people and place might bring throngs of people to the location. I must however tell you that this is a fantastic place to stay. My room was well arranged with comfortable furniture and bed. Great bathroom including separate tub and shower. Fireplace kind of blew me away! Wasn't expecting that in the room. My travel was for business and I can tell you that it was one of two locations I've stayed over the last 10 years that I really didn't want to leave. We have been to this hotel twice and it is our get away place to go. Recently we stayed over for Thanksgiving and got to meet two of their bartenders Paige and Dominic. They were very busy preparing drinks for the guests upstairs but still made time to entertain us. They showed great attention to detail really cared that every drink was perfect. The Lodge is also pet friendly so we can bring Charlie our Beagle and the staff makes it a point to make him feel special. Although this is a 4-star hotel, its facility condition and customer service is far beyond than 5-star hotel. The room was so clean and the two queen size bed with huge bathroom/bathtub made our stay very comfortable/enjoyable. Also, the breakfast was so good with many selection of quality food/drink and the dining room situated with beautiful river view. We stayed here for only one night during a trip to pick up our wine grapes for winemaking. It was delightful! There were wine tastings in the lobby. There is a wonderful view of the Columbia River. Our room had a wonderful soaker tub and we shared a restful bath. We enjoyed a great meal at Drumheller’s. It’s so rare to get such luxury at this price! Great amenities-fabulous fire pit and pool area. Top notch comfort. Very surprised by the level of rustic luxury. The location on the Columbia River with a marina at your door and fabulous winding walking trails made this a great stay for an active or romantic vacation. Be sure to request a river front room-ours had a fireplace and all have patios or decks. The icing on the cake was the staff-professional and friendly.
