I'm fairly assertive when it comes to this, though I am also intuitive. It's imperative that the client trusts we are on the same page with their vision. I must know the details of projects 100% of the time and get a firm understanding of the clients expectations so that I can provide the best solution.

For me, it's other people's dreams and the fact that life can always be improved on. Before I actually took the plunge into self-employment, I was basically tortured by the fact that I had boiling aspirations that I kept suppressing. I resisted my own dream because I would not act. Day in and day out, I worked for someone else and I was good at it but never satisfied. That's working for someone else, so it was about what they wanted, not what I wanted and I respected that. But I resented myself for not owning up to my dreams. There are those who talk about their dreams and there are are those who act. We have all been caught in the middle of indecision and mediocrity. When life is good, it's so good! When it's bad... it can feel really bad! My reason for becoming a creative entrepreneur is the realness, the effect, and the impact exchanged between my daily interactions.
