Q&As

A website is your first "interview" with your prospective clients. It is the digital impression you provide to your audience. Appeal, aesthetics, user-friendliness and navigation are key components that should be fluid with your site's functionality. As well, implementing social media will encourage more potential users to interact with your social profiles. The more sharable your content to your demographic, the higher traffic you will drive to your website. And the more significance with which your traffic increases, the better boost you'll have in your SEO status and analytics.

Graphically, what do you need to establish a representation of your personal or business needs? What vision do you hope to achieve with your clients? Do you hope to grow your business online through social media, web presence or e-commerce? What is the time frame in which you hope to get work completed?

I tailor my creative process to my client's needs. I like to get a feel for my client's personality and comfort level related to graphics design. Some are knowledgeable and already a process in mind to get started. Others need creative vision to help cultivate what it is they're trying to achieve. I gather as much information I feel is pertinent to establishing a plan of action for my client, and then provide them with professional feedback, a time line, and a proposal which scopes out the estimated project goals and completion time.

Any input is appreciated, but not everyone is skilled at conveying what their imagination entails. I do my best to ask questions that will help me extract the most beneficial information, and streamline my client's vision so that we can bring it to fruition.

I love that I get to be creative. Creativity has no limits. I am honored to help create a representation for an aspiring or growing business. I love that I get to be a part of that historical moment in a client's life; one that is transitional from an idea that becomes tangible and significant to their life.

My love language is "serving the needs of others". It seemed only right to take my skill set and talents and implement them into a platform that would not only provide me with the best way to serve, but to arm my client's with the ability to serve others through their personal and professional goals. It feels very rewarding to be in that position, and it feels equally inspiring to know that I can take my experience and pour that into the efforts to help my clients achieve a dream.

Not everyone is a good creative fit, and sometimes personalities clash. But I always try to go above and beyond to exceed expectations. Communication is important, and there should be mutual comprehension of what services are required and needed. I do my best to bring a level of comfort and understanding to what can be a stressful process for a lot of people who don't necessarily share the creative gene. I am a perfectionist. I fiercely believe in my clients. I offer support and encouragement in a cynical, cutthroat environment. My clients become my friends, and that relationship is priceless in the business world.
