I am a father of three children, ages 19, 15 and 10. I have been married 23 years. My personal journey has taken me from my native roots in Colorado in the US, traveling and working in Europe, Asia and into Africa where I lived for 15 years. I blend Western and Eastern philosophies in my thinking, coaching and solution design. While I am proud to share that I have supported over 1000 people to reach new heights, I take a very personal approach to every encounter.
