I was in a horrible place for being wrongfully arrested for DWI when I wasn't even drunk I found David Breston online and called him on a Saturday after I was released literally in tears! He picked up the phone (the call went through his personal cell) and made appointment for next week! It took 5 months!! but him and his team Alma got me the dismissal of the case! He was very positive from day one and promised he will dismiss the case since I blew under the limit and they had no ground for arresting me and that's exactly what he did! I didn't even plea to traffic violation! Just walked out of the court! Their fees also are way more reasonable than others!! People, there are MUCH better attorneys out there and the "work" that was done on our case is obviously an indication of his work ethic, or lack thereof and unprofessional/unethical/ greed driven ways. <br><br>I've worked with several attorneys for different reasons and I'd never put anyone on the spot unless they deserved it. Im HUGE on doing right by people and I gave him the opportunity to rectify things but he was too greedy and arrogant to see reason/logic. <br><br>In response directly to you, David: The only thing you've earned this time around is this yelp review. Mr. Breston is the pinnacle of what an attorney should be.  His passion for wanting to help people is unmatched. I  went through a couple rough years back in 2009-2011 and used him a couple of times. David Breston is the worst immigration lawyer, the only thing he offers is empty promises and takes your money. If you would like for me to post the receipts, I will. He did not do one thing that he was suppose to do, he actually screamed at my mother telling her that he was happy that her brother was being deported. The front desk staff was not at all helpful and very disrespectful. Every time we met with him he was on his phone and did not answer any questions. Alma Garcia was the original lawyer in charge of the case but she was never in her office and not available for questions so David Breston took over the case. I actually recommended him as a lawyer in my uncle's case because of the yelp reviews and noticed he only had one bad review and said well it does not always work out but he seems like a good lawyer. It turns out that he acted in the same manner as the bad review on yelp. He did not defend my uncle we had to go to another lawyer to finish representing us because David preferred for my uncle to get deported and accused him of being a criminal (ugh David you defend criminals for a living and people make mistakes that is why we have lawyers to represent us when we make mistakes) Please do not hire him for any immigration cases or Alma Garcia they do not represent their client and take their judgement as to how well they are going to represent them. They did not have a problem taking our money though. Also Ariadne Rodriguez was the parole case manager for this case and the one that threaten to call the cops on my mother, FYI Ariadne when you work in an office you learn how to deal with costumers that are not satisfied and calling the cops is not how you deal with someone who is asking to see Alma Garcia on the office hours that she promised to be there. There was no threat to you, you have poor managing and people skills not to mention the girl in the front desk. Most of the calls are taken by another service (they are actually nice and do schedule the correct appointments not like the girl in the front desk) because they don't have full time help. It took about 6 months, and a lot of case resets and breathalyzer recalibrations, but David got my DWI dismissed. He is also VERY affordable compared to other attorneys!!

I do not even live in Houston and had to get a court order from Harris County. Mr. Breston did everything by phone and I called him on Monday and he had it done by Tuesday and for the most reasonable rate ever! I have been working with David Breston for about 5 years now. I first hired him for my immigration issues i had with my student visa. Him and his partners are very great people to deal with and they are all very friendly. We never had any communication issues or any other kind of problem with David Breston. At the moment, he is helping us with my wife's DWI case and so far the experience with the law firm has been perfect as always.
