We usually wash the dog at home, but weather and pre-holiday time crunch had me in search of a self-service location. The Laundered Mutt fit the bill very well. Other folks seemed to have the same idea, as the staff was apologetic about how busy they were, but still, things went quickly, and employees were very helpful in orienting me as a first-timer. They are good with the dogs, have good equipment and wash products, and everything went smoothly. They have a frequent-flyer reward system, and you can have them do the bathing if you want, too. The Laundered Mutt has the most gentle loving caring passion driven staff I've ever found for my Missy not to mention the services and classes that they offer my Missy loves the place we call it her spa day and she knows exactly what I'm talking about. They also allow you to use their tubs and dryers so you can do it yourself witch allows you to build on that connection.I truly love the place and highly recommended it. More...

I absolutely love this place. Been bringing my puppy here for training and the instructors are amazing and very knowledgeable. Jordan has helped me with the training of my dog flash. My fur baby attended the 3 week board and train. I am beyond satisfied. I learned quickly that it wasn't my dog that needed the training, it was me! ! Erin and Jordan have been amazing with helping my family learn the skills our pup needs for a consistent and structured life. My super shy pup has come so far. The staff is so sweet, when I walk in with Doc (my pup) everyone greets him by name and they are so patient with us! We are still doing weekly classes and learning/reinforcing good behaviors!! This is one of the best Grooming salons in the valley. The owners are lovely. Simply AMAZING!!!  My wife and I just rescued a husky mix from the Riverside KILL shelter and the frightened dog needed a bath.  We stopped here for "self wash" and honestly we had someone with us at every step!  Every need was met, every item we might have wanted was anticipated and provided.  Extra towels  extra shampoo/ conditioner  EVERYTHING!  I wish I lived closer!  I would dump my big name pet store and do it all here. First time customer. Mike the owner, was very personable and informative. We enjoyed watching Kyle wash our little Yorky. He was teaching us all the ins and out of washing our new dog for the first time . Â Gentle and kind. Â Treated her like she was his dog.
