When my husband proposed to me last December I had no idea of the type of wedding that I was going to have nor did I have a date in mind. Finally in April, I went to Erika to help me plan a wedding in 6 months. At the time I thought it was an easy feat. Boy did I learn differently! I went to Erika with this mindset and she calmly told me that we could do this and the wedding would be beautiful - and she was right. She guided me through the planning process with a listening ear and plenty of patience, helping me to see that she understood everything that I was saying and offered advice when something wasn't quite right.
As I was planning my table setting, I was having trouble visualizing the setting. I am such a hands on person that I needed to see the setting and feel the linen that was going on the table. She went through the venue, located all of the items that I wanted to set the table up - linen and chairs - and we worked together and set up a beautiful table in the backroom of her office. That worked out perfectly and the table setting was exactly what I wanted. When I emailed her a few days later to change the colors of the napkins - once again, that was not a problem for her to do.
Throughout the entire process, Erika assured me that she would do whatever she needed to do to make sure that I was happy on my special day - and she meant it! With Erika, not only did I get a great wedding planner who loves her job and wants the best for everyone involved in the wedding planning process. I'll truly miss her warm hugs! Finding the lantana was a blessing in disguise. It a gem that is worth for any bride to explore as an option. The Food is exceptional. All my guests loves the food. The staff especially Mrs. Patino (Erika) she goes mikes for her brides. She makes herself available even when she is on vacation. She is a pleasant person all together. After searching and searching we decided to trust The Lantana with our wedding day. It was hands down one of the best wedding decisions we made during our planning process. Erika was always available and although I knew I wasn’t the only bride she was juggling I always felt like the only bride. From customizing my package to deciding on a menu and choosing the decor I felt like her expertise and guidance made my planning so easy. The day of the wedding my room looked unbelievable, the food was raved by many and we felt welcome even at the end the staff was still joking and with a great attitude. I got married in The Lantana . 1st the price was resonable 2nd the bar was loaded the food was good . The service was very good , and service manager was ver helpful . We got married at The Lantana in with the ceremony in the Mediterranean Room and the reception in the Cailey Ballroom. Erika was our planner and she was absolutely the best we could have ever asked for from the day we visited the venue through our big day over a year later. Erika was always responsive to our questions and concerns (okay, and freak-outs) along the way and the final production was perfect, we couldn't possibly thank her enough. We researched many venues in the area and The Lantana is an amazing value with a great selection of rooms for different sized events and budgets. All of the rooms look amazing as we got to see decorated events in each of them throughout our visits to the venue throughout the planning process. Hosted our church's 2nd Banquet there and it was wonderful. the hall was beautifully arranged to leave room for the dance floor. The food was superb. The compliments we got on the chicken and salmon was beyond expectation. The employees and wait people did a marvelous job of cleaning things up quietly and efficiently. Ester was the best!!! She help my husband & I create our day from a dream to reality. Everyone who was there said it was a beautiful venue, gorgeous decorating, spectacular cake, and top notch service. My husband and I were on a tight budget for our wedding and were thrilled to find that The Lantana was within our reach. It's a gorgeous venue that's elegantly understated. Esther, the sales manager, was one of the sweetest people we've ever met! She was quick to answer emails with any questions and very accommodating. She even moved our event when we had a medical issue come up and had to change our wedding date. Everything went perfectly on our big day. The room was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the staff was amazing, especially our Maitre'd, Dawn! I recommend Lantana and look forward to using them for future events. More...

Our wedding venue was held at Lantana's in Randolph. After visiting the location, meeting with Esther Sheridan we chose to have our 9/3/16 wedding celebration there. Esther put my worries at ease. I would remember to ask something it would be after hours but she would still take the time to reply. We were reviewing the final bill about 4 days before and I noticed a huge price difference. After Esther doing her research the price quoted was for the upcoming year NOT the price we agreed to in 2015. Although it was corrected and Esther did offer the Main Ballroom for our celebration I wonder how many brides/grooms just send in the final payment w/o reviewing the contract a 2nd or 3rd time. If I didn't catch it would they have at a later date? Probably not. The only other issue was the letters on our head table read: Mrs. & Mr. I just wish Esther/a staff or maybe even the photographer would've have caught that. My few attempts to correct it was distracted with a dance or another pose. Other than these 2 issues our reception was PERFECT! We just celebrated my uncle’s 100th birthday bash! And our Sales Manager, Ms. Patino was so patient and accommodating in regards to assisting us with coordinating the event and the entire process. The food was awesome!!! And Henrique” and “Pam” of the Waitstaff & set-up Staff were a pleasure! Overall I give the Lantana Venue and staff 5 stars and cant wait to have our next family event there.
