KITCHEN AND BATH FACTORY We are very happy with the renovation of our bathroom by Kitchen and Bath Factory. Every single worker was pleasant, respectful and knowledgeable regarding their project. Our Project Manager, Shane, was on top of all that was going on and kept us informed concerning all daily activities as they proceeded. Shane always called us and/or returned our calls to let us know who would be coming and the time they were coming. As the remodeling progressed we could tell we had made a good decision going with KBF. Everyone had assigned tasks and did them well, cleaning up as the jobs went along. We recently had our kitchen completed remodeled by The Kitchen & Bath Factory on W. Linebaugh Ave. in Tampa. We are very pleased with the final outcome and are totally in love with the new look of our kitchen. We went from an 80's style, boxed in, lowered ceiling cramped space to a fresh, open, airy kitchen. When we first bought our home a year ago, the kitchen was the darkest and weakest part of the house. Now, thanks to the design folks and all the crews at KBF, it is another beautiful part of our home! Our salesman Brian started us on our adventure and worked with us to come up with a totally functional and gorgeous design. Bill, our site supervisor, kept everything on track during the demo period and on through the reconstruction time. If we had any concerns or questions, Bill was quick and eager to resolve whatever the issue was. There are too many names to remember for all the people that helped make our kitchen a success - but young Mike, the plumber, had customer service skills that were outstanding. Our cabinet installer Danny - I can not say enough about how professional, thorough, and courteous he was. Electrician Ivan - a great guy and very conscientious. Craig - the painter and finisher - friendly and very good! Every major construction project has its own unique stressors. KBF is amazing, with "Bill" our supervisor would always come and check to see how our work was going day to day, he as well answered every call of ours. I was very impressed when I needed help he was there! All the employees were very kind, polite, and NO attitude problem towards me or my husband which was extremely important to me. Every night I knew who would be at my house the next morning, because the team scheduling was amazing! "Brian" our designer remember me from over 7 years ago when we did our old bath remodel and took his time again to recreate my new guest bath. He choose all the correct colors that made my bath become complete the way my family wanted. KBF gave me the complete trust I needed for a remodel and I hope this attracts more customers! More...

We went to the KBF showroom to get some ideas for remodeling our master and guest bathrooms.  Their displays were very helpful and we made an appointment for one of their consultants to come to our house to work out the details.  The fact that they could do the entire project including managing those who would be doing the actual work was another plus for us.Jeff, the consultant, was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions as well as providing helpful recommendations.  We agreed to move forward with a contract to do the bathroom projects.  Marketta, the scheduling coordinator, Ray, Bill and Mike, the field supervisors and the many crews worked well together.My husband and I were amazed at how the bathrooms looked upon completion.  You never know how everything will look until the end but it was proof that our collaboration with KBF was truly a partnership.Based upon the success of the bathroom projects, we then decided to move forward with KBF to do the kitchen remodeling.  The experience was even more positive since a large part of our daily activities revolve around the kitchen.We love hearing our family and friends refer to our house as an HGTV house when they have visited and seen the finished projects!John & Barbara Lofland More...

The Kitchen & Bath Factory completed a full renovation of our family home (Kitchen, Bathrooms, Flooring, Ceiling, Doors, Baseboards, etc). We are absolutely blown away with the transformation and the quality of the work performed. Their workmanship is OUTSTANDING and all of the finishes are top grade! We were offered a wide range of color options and finishes to ensure it turned out exactly the way we wanted! They turned our dated home into a modern and contemporary masterpiece from top to bottom! I had 2 complete bathroom remodels. Everyone from sales to the owner were very professional. My job was completed on time and within budget. I went to the showroom to pick out my selections and colors and the designer was extremely helpful as the showroom has many items to choose from. This job required permits and inspections from the county an although the county inspectors never showed up on time the employees at The Kitchen and Bath Factory worked extra hard to make my job completed on time. Excellent experience with a gentleman named Jeff coming out to my home to give me ideas on flooring and following up quickly with multiple estimates. I don't have any idea what goes into projects like this and I'm absolutely in no position to do something like that this on my own.Communication with Jeff both in setting up an appointment and then having him here at exactly the agreed upon time was perfect.He was not here very long at all, answered all my questions and definitely knew what he was doing.I received a couple ideas and estimates within 24 hours and appreciated the professionalism and attention to detail that was extended to me. I decided to remodel my kitchen and two bathrooms at the same time to match the cabinets and countertops. I did my research on Angie's list and narrow down my choices to three companies and they all gave me a free in-home consultation. Brian, the designer for Kitchen and Bath was by far the most knowledgeable designer of all the three that come to the house. He matched my budget to the design I wanted and gave me some new ideas. I also liked the idea of them not having subcontractors.I had a couple concerns throughout the process but I think is kind of normal when you are going through such a big project.Overall, I am very happy with the results.
