I really wish I could leave The Playdate Co. a stellar review, but after today's visit, sadly, I cannot. We used to come here and truly did enjoy our experience in the past (both my boys and myself), but with the recent food policy change (NO OUTSIDE FOOD AT ALL) and the rude customer service today, we will no longer be back. I wish they had better communicated the recent food policy change prior to our visit so I could have avoided the hassle of dealing with my toddler and the no snack policy. Also, while there today, I was still not explained properly on the food policy...no outside snacks allowed BUT you can purchase snacks there. Wish this was made clear upfront instead of just shaming me on how I am not adhering to their food policy. Friendlier staff is strongly encouraged. More...

We came today hoping it would be less crowded than playstreet museum and it was. However their rules have changed and now YOU CANNOT BRING IN ANY FOOD. They only thing they have available for allergies is popcorn. We did not know this change and they would not let us have our snacks nor would they allow us to eat our snacks outside and then return, which would have been nice seeing as that we were not aware of this recent change they made. We used to LOVE playdate co. We have introduced many friends to PDC and frequent during the summer and school breaks. I dont think we will be back after recent changes. I LOVED PDC because I could bring my girls, their lunch, and my laptop and answer a few emails. We have even hosted birthday parties here. Now not only can you not bring in your lunch or snacks, you cant take your kid back to the car for a change or to grab a snack. They do however now sell toys, which is annoying. The toys even take up part of the parent area. They sell snacks now too. No fun if you dont want your kids to eat certain snacks, you cant bring in the food you want them to eat, and other kids are buying snacks and toys. Just frustrating. For $30 to get our girls in I would expect it to be more parent friendly than it is now. I dont think I have ever written a negative reveiw. This was a place we loved to visit and now its changed. :( Bummer. More...

We hosted my daughter's 2nd Birthday at Playdate Co. My daughter had so much fun celebrating her birthday. Our guests, ranging from 1 year olds to 4 year olds also had a great time. 20 minute drive for us, but so worth it! It's like you create a safe, open area for children, and throw in everything from a toy store. Allowing outside food and drinks makes it even better. Free coffee and wifi! Love it More...

I have been taking my 15 month old for months now. I love that he can play for hours on his own or with other kiddos. Amazing space and atmosphere! We have visited a lot of indoor play areas and this is definitely one of the best ones we have found. I really like the "adult area" with free coffee. And it's one of the few places where you can bring outside food and drinks, which is awesome! Since the place is still relatively new, everything is so clean and the owners do a great job of disinfecting throughout the day. I really love that place !! I have 3 toddlers so whenever I want to take a break I go there! The price I think is good if I got someone cleaning after my kids it would be at list 80$ with no coffee ! I first came to The Playdate Co with just my youngest son (10 months old) for a birthday party a couple of weeks ago. I thought it was such an amazing place for a birthday party and LOVED the fact that there was a spot specifically for babies with mamaroo swings, bumbos, mats, and baby toys. I was able to set my son down to crawl around, relax, and drink a cup of coffee. With a baby that's not yet walking, I'm hesitant to leave my house. Other people's houses aren't baby proof and there are very few places I can just set him down to crawl. Well today, I gained a whole new amazement for this place! I brought both kids. My daughter is 5 and she was in AWE as soon as we walked through the door. The school house was her favorite with a giant chalk board, chalk, erasers, a teachers chair and desk, student desks, backpacks, lunch boxes, learning supplies, literally everything she needed to play school. And every different playhouse had just as many details. We were there for three hours and it flew by. I also loved the fact that there weren't ANY toys small enough to be choking hazards to my 10 month old. I will highly recommend this place to anyone who asks and we look forward to coming back! Clean and stocked with a good variety of toys. I especially liked how the toys were life skill based (the felt garden was AWESOME). We arrived right as it opened but by 10:30am it was packed and there was a wait to get in. It was also rather loud so maybe not so good for kids/people who are easily overwhelmed. This place is so much fun! My boys, ages 3 & 4, had an absolute blast. They played for a good 2.5 hours!! It was delightful to sit at a table, drink coffee and read a book while my kids happily used their imaginations in a safe, well thought out, play area. We will definitely be coming back!

The PlayDate Co. is a beautifully and thoughtfully crafted space for children to experience the vital aspect of development known as "play. " There are countless opportunities for creativity, imagination, social connection, exploration, and tactile engagement. If I sound like a teacher, that's because I am. I know what kids are not getting enough of in school...and this is it. There will be standardized testing soon enough in our children's lives. Let them enjoy places like this until those days. There are tables for parents to sit at and enjoy a cup of coffee while their kiddos explore. Free wifi is just the cherry on top. If Chip and Joanna Gaines had a love child with the Land of Nod catalogue, then the PlayDate Co. would be the result. I only wished they opened earlier. More...
