I am multi-certified health and wellness coach that takes a holistic approach in helping you reach your goals. I work with every client as an individual and meet them where they are in their wellness journey. I hold certifications in personal training, pilates mat (and other apparatuses), barre, yoga (RYT-200),and nutrition. In addition to my certifications, I have a B.S. in Dance, Kinesiology, and Rehabilitation Sciences. Currently, I am working on sitting for the national board exam for health and wellness coaching.
