Awesome Fitness classes! You can go at your own speed or make it as difficult as you want if you're looking to be sore the next day. . or three! Nikki is so nice and welcoming, you feel like you're at home when you're there! If you're like me its a little difficult to get used to a new class and their lingo/routine but everyone in the classes are so helpful. Amanda is the best office manager too you can go to her for anything you need! Love this place 10 stars! More...
