We finally got to the food truck today-we have been talking about going for months, but....life.... ....anyway.... Food was AWESOME! Got the ahi tacos that are reminiscent to one of our very favorite restaurants in CA that we haven’t been able to visit in TOO long and up until today, we haven’t found tacos that can even come close to a comparison. Hungry Badger brought their food truck to our wedding. Food trucks can be romantic! (I hear he caters as well). The food was AMAZING. Our wedding guests loved it so much and he took care of all the people with picky/allergy food needs. I am obsessed with these carne asada tacos! I've tried many others, but haven't found another local place that comes close to the flavor and quality of the food Ryan and crew serves, plus the customer service is absolutely amazing! Definitely recommend!!

Tried their brisket tacos, great tasting. The priced charged for three tacos was about the same as three street tacos. Great value, definitely will fill you up. Ryan went the extra mile, we called to see if he was open, he said I’m usually closed from 2pm to 5pm, but I have the grill still hot if you can get here now. We rushed right over. Whoa!!! Last night we braved the rain (okay, it was only sprinkling) but we placed our order for the ribs, carne asada salad and the carne asada tots (we actually received the fries version but were so happy we did! !!) and it was all so delicious!! The ribs were fall off the bone tender, great smoke and a delicious but not over powering sauce, so you got the Smokey goodness. The salad could use a little more salsa/dressing but it was fresh and so tasty! Loved the fresh diced jalapeños in it. The carne asada is tender and spiced up perfectly. Now let’s talk about loaded carne asada fries that will make your toes curl. Fries still had that light crunchy outside and the all the oooey gooey goodness of cheese, avocado, carne, sauce... yum, now I’m craving it again!! Highly recommend the Hungry Badger! During this crazy time we are living in, we are trying to support a lot of local restaurants by doing pick up. We definitely will be back for more! Ryan and his crew worked our WEROCK Rock Crawl in Bagdad AZ over the weekend, they were supposed to be 1 of 3 vendors. 2 of the vendors no showed which put us and Ryan in a bind, trying to serve all 2500 plus spectators. Ryan and his staff created at great atmosphere while under great pressure and we had no complaints following the event. That’s just amazing... I was on vacation in Arizona for the first time in my life and tried out Hungry Badger. The staff were refreshingly nice in this day and age and the guac burger I had was legitimately one of the best burgers I've eaten in my life; on that same trip I ate at In N' Out Burger (we don't have them in CO yet so I had to take advantage) and was disappointed in their fare after eating at The Hungry Badger.
