Our signature dish, if choosing 1 would be our Asian Garlic noodles! I mean so doesn’t enjoy pasta?
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We create the menu by listening to the clients vision. Chef works diligently to produce a menu that the client is more than happy and comfortable with selections.
What do you love most about your job?
What I love the most about my job is putting a smile on my clients faces! I absolutely put my all into every single dish! My love language is cooking and my passion drives me daily! -Chef
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had a friend in college who was an inspiring chef. We worked together at AMF bowling lanes for a couple years together. He was so kind and a true friend. Even hosted a dinner party for just us one night at his apt. He inspired me to want to cook again after many years. He passed away about 5/6 years ago from cancer at the tender age of 28. The name The Humble Vegan Chef was inspired by him The Humble Chef. He will forever be in my heart ? -Chef
