The YMCA has many classes that are offered free through membership. A wonderful and friendly staff, that’s always there to help! A comforting atmosphere and all around cheerful communal interactions! Talk to some of the instructors, they are extremely knowledgeable about health and fitness routines! I recommend this YMCA because of the cleanliness and welcoming personnel! Thanks to your help I was able to reach my goal weight for this year! I couldn’t have done it without each and every individual that helped me! I appreciate you all so very much! More...
