House Cleaning

Showed up for service, and determined it would take to long to clean every room in the time they had available. Asked for more than half the quote to clean the kitchen only that day, and agreed to come first thing the next day for the remaining amount to clean the agreed upon service. After most of the kitchen was clean, they informed us they would not return the next day, as agreed upon before service provided. They then implied that we should pay them more than the agreed upon amount for the kitchen, or tip them well, and seemed upset when we said no as we had agreed upon a larger cleaning than just the kitchen. They then attempted to guilt trip my roommate, claiming they ruined rags during service that needed to be replaced. Very pushy, level of customer service was low. Only giving two stars as the areas in the kitchen that they did clean were cleaned well. Would not recommend. More...

We strive to provide the utmost level of customer service and take it very seriously when one of our customers are unhappy with the services. This was a special situation that required cleaners not to move forward with the job. Eric was the one in communication prior to the clean but was never there during the duration of the clean so the information he is providing has been passed down and is false info. On the inital call Eric advised that they would preclean the home before cleaners arrived and only needed us to come in a tidy up the place. Upon arrival we noticed the kitchen was going to require way more than mentioned as well as a few other areas in the home. During the initial call we were scheduled to get the home cleaned in one setting but upon arrival we quickly realized it would take more than one clean. We did advise the roommate that we would be able to come back but before leaving we checked our schedule and advised that we misspoke. We had two ppl in the kitchen cleaning and it took a total of 1 hour and a half for a pretty small kitchen. That time equates to 3 hours man power. Had the information Eric shared during the initial call been true as to the condition of the home we could have staffed the home appropriately with the number of cleaners needed to get the job done. We realized that we could not complete the insides of the cabinets because we did not want to contaminate our towels with mice feces and take it into other customers homes. I was NEVER rude as I take customer service and the quality of work very serious. I’m sorry it didn’t work out with this customer.
