Personalized 1:1 Coaching Session
4 Sessions per month -- 1) weekly session.
Each session is 60 minutes in duration.
Minimum requirement of 6 months, following that the contract switches to month to month, with 1) month notice before termination of contract.
Note: Most people have the most long lasting impact from longer term engagements. I suggest for individuals to consider this a 9 - 12 month investment.
