Cassie is such an amazing trainer, after informing her of my back condition after my surgery she makes sure to take into account everything and anything I can and can’t not do physically. If I don’t feel like working out one day, she’s very encouraging but not overly pushy. If I have difficulty with certain positions or machines she makes sure to take the time to instruct me on how to do it while also making it a fun time. I would highly recommend her to anyone who’s looking for a fun, stern personal trainer that you can be goofy with. More...

I pride myself on building a connection with my clients and enjoy providing stress relief.

Loving yourself.
You have to be comfortable in your own skin. If you are not, the stress of trying to be perfect and of looking down on yourself can actually increase you weight gain.

I have always wanted to run my own business.
I started my college trying tog eat into the medical field and then fell in love with Community Health. So I graduated Portland State University with a Bachelors in science community health education and another bachelor's of science in pre-med since I already had the credits.
I am continuing on to get my masters in business to eventually provide corporate wellness programs that can be run through insurance.

Because once you are a client of mine, you are a client for life.

Remotely is the only type I provide currently.
I use an app that can send you your workouts daily along with your nutrition plan, it also connects to your MyFitnessPal so I may track your nutrition on a daily basis. We will chat daily and if need be call when cravings are really taking over.

I have switched to only online services.
I used to offer only in person services before COVID.

Services

This would be a full fitness nutrition evaluation without meal plan (free).

You would be getting a full month of workouts. It would be five workouts a week, two or three of them is with me or a group (your choice) via ZOOM meetings. We will pick the perfect time for you and I each week.

Along with the free fitness nutrition breakdown, I can provide a personalized meal plan to follow the nutritional breakdown.
