The Healing Garden

The Healing Garden is AMAZING!!!! Before attending The Healing Garden I thought meditation was not for me AT ALL!!! Five minutes in and I’m lying on my bedroom floor snoring or I could never quite get my mind to slow down. During my first Guided Meditation I realized that this was completely different than anything else I’ve tried. With the help of Andrea I was able to go further within myself than ever before. From there I WAS HOOKED!! Not only does she help guide you through the meditation; but she ensures you have the guidance and support to continue your practice on your own as well. Since attending The Healing Garden I have been able to address issues that I’d managed to suppress, manage my thoughts, and approach stressful situations with ease. I forever grateful!!
