Decent gym. They have plenty of free weights and machines. They also have classes available to members, which is included in the price. Decent sized spinning room if you're looking to bike really fast without going anyway. Large locker rooms with showers. And my personal favorite, a sauna. Its pumping out the heat. More...

This place is a gem. I purchased a day pass while visiting the area, and was really glad I did. Where I live, you don't see gyms like this anymore. The gym strikes a balance between the needs of the casual and serious trainer. For example, the gym contains a section towards the back for "hardcore" type training. It is the kind of place that would bring a smile to a powerlifters or olympic trainers face (the kind of place where chalk is allowed). But before you think this is the overwhelming "vibe" of the place, rest assured that this section is at the back of the gym, thru a door that you would think leads to the parking lot. The rest of the gym looks well maintained, with shinny hardwood floors, and a more casual inviting feel. And the memebers mostly look like regular folk there just trying to get in a productive workout, and maybe a quick chat with one of the other regulars . Some of the equipment is a bit dated but looks well maintained. Other things I noticed may seem minor, but in this world of the $9 gym where nice to see:- Multiple jump ropes (nice ones)- Weightlifting belts available- Foam rollersFinally the gym was clean. Again the gym is not new, but it does not looked uncared for. So if you are visiting the area like I was, and are looking for a place to get in a good workout, this is the place. If you live in the Lewiston area, I can sincerly say that I feel you should at least try this gym out. I know that if I lived anywhere near that gym, I would have joined without hesitation. More...

This is an adequately equipped gym for the serious bodybuilder, (which I am not). Although the equipment were not new, it was well maintained and clean. Every piece of equipment I needed for my routine was there.Staff were awesome, IMO. They were efficient, knowledgeable and made sure I had everything needed for my gym session. The place is well placarded, so you don't have to keep asking awkward questions (i.e. the routine on wiping the equipment when you are done, etc)Showers, towels available. Vending machines, some merchandise. They accept day passes, which can be purchased at the door for $8.00.I did not need any value added services (i.e. personal training), so no opinion about that, then.Enjoy your workout!
