Great gym! I love all of the options I have at this gym- one on one or group training, free classes, 24hr access and awesome kids club. Working out has always been something I've forced myself to do. After joining The Gym and their Bootcamp classes, I actually enjoy and look forward to working out. Plus, the staff members are amazing (especially Eric and Liz). They make sure you have correct form and are challenging yourself, but they do it in a way that never makes me feel small or stupid. Our employee's use this gym and it is perfect for a lifter or fitness guru that doesnt want to deal with the hassle of over-crowded corporate gyms. You can dead-lift and do high-intensity workouts without a staff member telling you that you are making too much noise. I would recommend this gym for anyone who is serious about staying in shape.
