❣️Farm to Table delight , right in North Miami Beach ! Chef Pablo , Billy and their team created a most remarkable virtual birthday celebration for us today , with a Zoom cooking class ! Everyone loved the Arugula and Berry Salad , Seafood Cioppino and a most divine avocado mousse . The ambiance is charming and they also have a lovely outdoor space and offer delivery and take out too. So instead of a sad time, separated from my dear ones , the Guest Miami staff created a fun, delicious and educational experience that we will always remember !! What a great night! Beautiful indoor and outdoor space. Very well spaced tables. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious from meatballs, trio sashimi, seafood salad, octopus, to desserts - avocado mousse, lemon cream - everything delicious and beautifully served . We have been escaping closing door after door Miami during the third week of March - moving further north, all restaurants were closed almost a week, few made a take out. It means - you actually stay opened and deliver the same quality of food but you cannot sit them down and serve wine, for example, - and then - a dessert, but The Guest was one of those heroes. And when we arrived, it has an outdoor lounge area hidden in between evergreen bushes and couches with coffee and dine tables. We had dessert - and they had 6 options of elaborate sweets like avocado lime muss on pistachio fig pillow, chocolate « potato » tart which is very popular in Russia, crepe cake, fresh jumbo chocolate cookies... We took out short ribs and octopus which turned out to be delicious and cooked in Portuguese/Médeterranean style. I can imagine how much more you can receive, sitting in their elaborated yet cozy interior, enjoying live music they have twice a week and eating it right from a porcelain plate More...
