Ashley helped me Get visible results for strengthening, flexibility and muscle scultping so quickly while avoiding injury. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I communicate regularly and have a system where we set weekly goals together depending on each individual. Small attainable and measurable goals that are consistent lead to larger goals like fat loss.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The secret is balance and not completely restricting your lifestyle. A stress free life and learning to be happy has a lot to do with calming your nervous system in order for your bodily functions properly. It’s about learning to fuel your body to fight disease versus cause disease.
What do you love most about your job?
I love getting calls from clients and telling me what they can now accomplish in their everyday lives. Or an athlete I trained telling me they hit 3 home runs over the weekend and feels stronger then they ever have before.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always been obsessed with movement and sports. It has been a passion of mine ever since I was a small child. Growing up I had a mother with severe mental illnesses and eventually she took her own life. She never left her room, hardly moved her body and didn’t really do anything to help her happiness. My life’s purpose is to inspire whoever comes into contact with me to never allow themselves get that low. I want to teach my clients that movement and what we put into our body’s is medicine. And we are in charge of our own destination.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have been working with people since I was 17 years old. Now in my mid 30’s, I have experienced all ends of the spectrum when it comes to fitness. I empathize with those who at times struggle with consistency and can promise that I have probably gone through something similar as you may be facing on your journey. I want to get to know you as a person and find out what works in your unique life.

I can provide my services online or remotely. I use an app that is very detail oriented where I can post videos of demonstrations. I like to see my clients form and correct as needed so I like to incorporate live sessions.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I make sure whoever I am working with knows my proper sanitation policy. I don’t allow anyone to meet me in person if they are sick of any sort.
