Living on the coastside can be rough for those who are Vegan, before we discovered the green enchilada we had to go all the way up to the city to find good vegan options. Enter the "Vegetarian Veg Out" Burrito. This thing is a MONSTER in size and can easily feed two people. This place has the beat vegan burrito around hands down !! We get the "vegetarian veg-out" burrito with black beans, Spanish rice, and add in some GARLIC FRIES just to make it exxxtra dirty. This time they hooked it up with the biggest burrito I've ever seen, thankfully I was splitting it with my husband so don't worry --none of it went to waste! Pleasantly surprised to find such gem of fresh, and very tasty food, and excellent service. The place is set on a shopping center, so there is plenty of parking, has four tables outside, small tables for two, bar stools by the front window. This locale has been recently remodeled, and lookes very clean. Ordering was a breeze, with a very friendly greeting that makes anyone feel welcome.Ordered burritos instead peruvian food, because I did not want to be disappointed, and was not. Juicy tasty, and very fresh ingredients, made for a very satisfying meal, that left us wanting more. The burritos were huge! Don't expect to have lardy heavy food here, even the tortilla chips are freshly made, and the sauces are delicious, but again this is real food. The Peruvian dishes looked delicious, and the owner brought a sample of their Peruvian cebiche, which I will for sure order on my next visit, or would it be the Lomo Saltado?...or the rotisserie chicken? Best Al Pastor I've ever had in the Bay Area. And I'm an SF native, born & raised. This restaurant is a living example that Mexican food can be healthy and delicious. So this is a cute little Peruvian / Mexican restaurants in Pacifica. If you live in Pacifica or Half Moon Bay it definitely makes sense to come here. If you don't it's probably not worth the extra drive out. However the food is good and the prices are fair. Service is fine too. We have the Carnitas enchilada and the chicken enchilada plate. It was pretty good. Especially the carnitas. However I would recommend to management, that all takeout orders include a small bag of chips and napkins. The Green Enchilada has something for everyone. My vegan friends came for a visit from Florida and we wanted to dine out with another couple from Pacifica. Quandary: Where to eat so everyone would have good choices? Â Problem solved! We dined outside in front of the Green Enchilada Restaurant, at 444 Manor Shopping Center (located closer to the side bordered by Bill Drake Way). The food was great, and the service was exemplary. Our hostess was very attentive. Everyone enjoyed their meals. FYI bring a sweater, as the table did get a bit breezy as the evening sun went down. Also, l do not believe that have a liquor license, which did not bother me, but it surprised one member of our group. I came here for taco Tuesday! There are small cute tables inside the place and a couple of tables for outside seating as well. But there is pretty loud construction going on outside so might want to stay indoors.I tried the carne Asada, chicken, pulled pork and al pastor tacos. All the meats were super flavorful, tender and juicy. Not to mention the portion! I've never had so much meat plated on tacos. Also, With a $15 purchase you also get free garlic fries!! Yay double win! The fries are a bit oily but I still liked them. Definitely had the right punch of garlic. The only thing that would make this place better is the salsa. The lady that took my order, I don't remember her name but I remember she is from Jalisco. We had a nice conversation and she made sure our order was right and we were happy since we mentioned we found the restaurant on yelp and wanted to try something different, organic Latin cuisine. Hidden Gem!!! Been working in and around Pacifica the last few days. Had a taste for a shrimp burrito. Went to the Green Enchilada, first I was greeted by super friendly and cheery staff. I haven't been here in a while and recently tried the new taqueria  la perla and was not impressed so I came here today and while I have to pay extra for stuff like cheese guacamole and sour cream I like being able to pick what kind of tortilla and what kind of beans but it's well worth a few bucks more this burrito is massive and way more tasty than the last place

Along Highway 1, this place is situated in a small hub with plenty of parking. It's a smaller place so I guess seating can prove challenging at busier times, however, we didn't have a problem on a warm Sunday afternoon. Now to the nitty gritty. The Green Enchilada is all about the food and service, both of which are excellent. Chopped Mary's rotisserie chicken, marinated steak, grilled fish and shrimp in soft/hard taco shells or in a huge, tightly-wrapped burrito with clean-tasting beans and rice... all so very good. My son was in the mood for Mexican food after a morning of surfing and we found this place on Yelp. We were both happy with the choice. My son had a fajita burrito that we watched the cook grill from our seat. I had the green enchiladas with black beans and Spanish rice. The ingredients were all super fresh and the green tomatillo sauce was delicious. The staff was super friendly and we got our food quickly. We did miss the chips and salsa that you normally get at Mexican restaurants. Only other downside is that the place is really small and the tiny tables only sit two people (my husband was with us even though he didn't eat).
